well after a couple weeks of crying and thinking of doing the worst, i have finally decided to take a mental vacation. I dont know what it is since the internet stresses me out, my surrounding enviroment is stressing me out, my family stresses me out, being stuck in the house stresses me out. I havent worked on anything so don't expect anything... I've spent all my life not knowing how to take care of myself mentally but i'll figure it out...i just need to get away from shit like meme culture cause it nearly ended a friendship.. it might already have. i dont know, i havent talked to anyone since last night when i had a mental breakdown and thought about hurting myself
